FLORA’S NAIL STUDIO POLICIES

At our Studio, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Flora’s Nail Studio experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

CANCELLATION

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us as soon as you can.

LATE ARRIVALS

We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.

NAIL FUNGUS IS SERIOUS-DON’T IGNORE IT

For our all clients’ safety, we do not offer service to nail fungus infected person. A fungal infection is progressive and generally does not go away on its own. Pay attention on your nails, if you find nails have changed appearance, please consult your doctor immediately.
